Placed my first order with ease. Shipping took longer than expected but I ordered around the holidays. Have taken 2 doses and already lost 5 lbs mostly water weight. I started for inflammation after doing tons of research and the recommendation from a functional nurse I work with. I am making sure to exercise and meet protein needs so I don’t lose too much. My weight fluctuates 5-10 lbs depending on my cycle anyway so not super worried about losing too much as long as I stay diligent and consistent. This last 2 weeks has made that so much easier for me. No major side effects other than mild nausea that is easily maintained if I stay active, hydrated and get nutrition. Constipation is real, but that’s normal for me.
