Great experience so far! Company is very responsive to my questions. Haven't had any issues with the vials I've received. Shipping is fast and medicine is cold upon arrival.

I am on my third month with Refills and adore their product and their staff! They have all been lovely start to finish. The website and refill process are smooth and easy to understand - including pausing and resuming my subscription without losing discounts/promotions. I shopped around a bit before landing on refills and they have been the most affordable and reliable by far (super quick shipping too!).

I received my medication quickly after the provider review. It was so easy. Since starting 4 months ago, I have lost 20 lbs. I would highly recommend if you want to lose weight. I feel so much better. I have 10 more pounds to lose to meet my goal, and I know with Refills, I will easily meet it.

I was initially worried about using a Telehealth as I'm an RN in a hospital and used to traditional health care. Refills by far exceed any expectations. They provide excellent communication by email, text, app, social media, etc. They are available for questions and guidance if needed. Delivery has been quick and reliable, definitely faster than other popular telehealths. Prices on various products can't be beat. I will absolutely order again.
