My experience with refills has been great. Not only do they have the best prices I've been able to find, their service has been great. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and without hassle. Shipping was fast and package was secure and meds were intact.

I have tried three(3) other sources to begin my Weight Loss Journey using my choice of Trizepatide. And, boy do I WISH I STARTED OUT WITH REFILLS.COM! With the 3rd Company I was losing, but only a pound here and a pound there. Tirzepatide was supposed to be MUCH FASTER, AND THERE WASN'T ANYTHING FAST ABOUT THIS. EXCEPT WATCHING A LOT OF MONEY BEING SPENT, AND FOR WHAT? That's when something told me to look up Refills.com and I did. LET ME TELL YOU, HANDS DOWN THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE! And I was at my whits end, about to give up and say this is a scam too. I contacted REFILLS.COM and sent them a copy of my prescription, and asked could they also add B12? NO PROBLEM AT ALL TO ADD, MY PACKAGE ARRIVED in 2 days, I WAS SUPER IMPRESSED! The other 3 companies that I previously tried took 5-7 days, some only send medication. REFILLS.COM SENDS EVERYTHING, ALCOHOL TOWELETTES, SYRINGES, AND MEDICATION WITH ICE PACKS ALL FOR ONE VERY LOW PRICE. AND YOU WILL GET THE BEST TIRZEPATIDE THEY CAN GET! I COULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN THIS FAR WITHOUT MY WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT REFILLS.COM! I still haven't met my goal, but I sure can see it getting very close. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REFILLS.COM!

Since joining, I’ve had a consistently great experience. There was one instance where a winter storm caused a shipping delay, but that was completely out of the company’s control. What really stood out was how communicative they were throughout the process; they kept me updated whenever possible, even if it was just to acknowledge the delay and apologize. Their customer service is exceptional. I feel seen, heard, and valued as a customer. The medication has been excellent as well. Even when there have been delays, everything has arrived in perfect condition, and I’ve never had any issues with my treatment. Refills has been smooth and reliable, and the pharmacy they work with has also been great. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

My experience with Refills.com has been exceptional. I am informed every step from my order from being processed to arriving at my door. Customer service has been great and I ask a lot of questions. Due to my travel schedule it is important to be able adjust my shipments as needed. I have tried other companies but Refills.com is definitely the best. There are no hidden costs or fees.
