Great experience
Honestly, stellar customer service. There was delayed shipping over the winter because of the storms. But they more than made up for it and have been so responsive and I really appreciate that. My experience has been seamless. Really thankful and satisfied.

Clear instructions
I was nervous about injecting the medication myself, but the starter kit came with extremely clear instructions and alcohol prep pads. The compounded GLP-1 is working exactly as expected.
