AMPLIO INFORMACIÓN A DÍA DE HOY 18 DE AGOSTO Y TRAS MÁS DE 10 RECLAMACIONES DDA IGUAL LO QUE DIGA, CONTESTA UN ROBOT, CON UN MENSAJE TIPO, PIDIÉNDOTE UNOS DATOS QUE NO TE FACILITAN A LA HORA DE LA COMPRA, YO LES MUESTRO JUSTIFICANTE DEL BANCO Y NO LES VALE. SON UNA EMPRESA DE ESTAFADORES NO RECOMIENDO USAR. A dia 25 RENUNCIO SON UNOS ESTAFADORES NI CONTESTAN ME COBRARON 23 EUROS MAS DE LOS 7 PRIMEROS Y NO ME DIERON NINGÚN SERVICIO. NO CAIGAN EN LA ESTAFA ACTUALIZO A DÍA 2 DE SEPTIEMBRE, NO HE LLEGADO A UTILIZAR EL SERVICIO, CADA 4 o 5 días me cobran 22 euros, solo una vez me contestaron, pidiéndome justificante de los pagos el día 28 y diciendo que lo sentían, pero siguen cobrando una Vez cada pocos días. Preparamos una demanda. ACTUALIZO A 29 DE SEPTIEMBRE DESDE EL MALDITO DÍA DE LA SUSCRIPCIÓN, NO ME HA DADO NINGUNA SERVICIO, ME HA COBRADO el PRIMER RECIBO DE 7,14 EL QUE YO AUTORICE, Y DESPUÉS TRES RECIBOS LOS DÍAS, 22,y 27 AGOSTO ( 5 días ) y 2 de SEPTIEMBRE ( 6 días), la semana cuesta 9 euros, les he preguntado que suscripción me cobran de 5 días 22 euros, no me contestan, me dan largas y me dicen que la culpa es mía POR NO DARME DE BAJA, CUANDO ES IMPOSIBLE PARA MI ENCONTRAR COMO DARME DE BAJA, ELLOS SE NIEGAN A DARME DE BAJA, HE TENIDO QUE ANULAR LA CUENTA. YA NO SE ….ME VOLVIERON A ESCRIBIR y me dicen “ QUE GRACIAS POR PONERME EN CONTACTO, CON ELLOS Y QUE PASAN MI CASO A SU DEPTO, TECNICO” Después de más 30 email y llamadas, para tomarme el pelo…

I have asked that they cancel my subscription I do t know how many times. It says on my app that it is but I’m still getting charged. DO NOT JOIN THIS!!! I just want them to stop charging me.

I agreed to a lower payment for a 1 week trial. That’s all I agreed too. The full amount of over £20 a week was a silly amount. So I just went for the 1 week I then went on to cancel the subscription 1 day before the end. But then I log on to my account and find they have taken 4 amounts of £20.99 on the 30th July. And then another one payment of £20.99 on the 31st July. As soon as I saw this I instantly froze my card. And contacted my bank. And I’m still fighting trying to get my money back, because Santander has said because I agreed the subscription in the first place they cannot prove that I cancelled it. I’m beyond livid !! This company and many like them are fraudulent companies, and they will take money from your card without your knowledge or permission! The reels you see online are how they catch you . As soon as you agree the either free 1 week trial or lower price 1 week trial. They have you! And they WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY even when you cancel the subscription! Like I say I’m still fighting to try and get my money back via the bank. 😡

Finger weg von dieser Abzocke. Das Wochen-Abo ist völlig unverschämt teuer für das bisschen Inhalt, das man bekommt. Man kann angeblich jederzeit kündigen — funktioniert aber nur, wenn man zufällig genau weiß, über welches Konto man das Abo abgeschlossen hat. Bei mir kam der Kauf über eine Instagram-Werbung, und seitdem ist die App nicht in der Lage, mir irgendein zugehöriges Konto anzuzeigen. Der Support schickt einem stumpf immer dieselben nutzlosen Standardanleitungen, während die Abbuchungen munter weiterlaufen, Woche für Woche. Am Ende blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als die Kreditkarte komplett sperren zu lassen, weil eine Kündigung über den Support schlicht nicht möglich ist — offenbar mit Absicht. Für eine schäbige 30-Minuten-Serie dieses ganze Theater und diese dreiste Abkassiererei. Absolute Frechheit, meidet diese App wie die Pest. Jeder normale Streamingdienst liefert für einen Bruchteil des Preises ein Vielfaches an Inhalt und Seriosität.

i cancelled my subscription and they have continued to bill me for 29.99 a week for months now. I have contacted every available channel for them with no response. I have to contact my bank and dispute in batches. they will not respond or resolve the issue
