ReelShort are absolute theiving scumbags. I cancelled my subscription on 24 July. They sent me an email acknowledging that it was cancelled. They have since deducted $36.96 US on 4 occasions despite sending them 3 emails, all of which bounced back. You cannot contact them. I tried in the app to contact them they haven’t answered. It’s not showing up on apple subscriptions. They are lowlife thieves avoid at all costs. Do not subscribe. Ever. Reelshort refund my money. I am now contacting the fraud department.

⭐ 1/5 – Terrible experience with ReelShort My experience with ReelShort has been extremely disappointing. I was charged €21.60 for a subscription, but I have been unable to find any clear way to cancel it. There is no active ReelShort subscription showing in my Google Play account, and inside the ReelShort app I cannot find any VIP or subscription management option that would allow me to cancel. Despite this, my card was still charged. The transaction appears as ReelShortW-1268189031. I contacted ReelShort customer support and requested that they cancel the subscription and refund the charge. I provided the information and proof of payment they requested, but now they have stopped responding to me. I find it completely unacceptable that a company can charge my card while making it so difficult to locate and cancel the subscription. At this point, I feel like my money was taken without giving me a reasonable way to stop the subscription, and customer support has failed to resolve the issue. I strongly recommend being very careful before providing ReelShort with your card details. I certainly do not recommend this service. If ReelShort does not resolve this, I will dispute the transaction with my bank and request that any future charges from this merchant be blocked.
