FRAUD: Weekly Theft Despite Cancellation Confirmation WARNING: ONGOING THEFT & PHISHING I cancelled my subscription on 17.07.2026 and received cancellation confirmation on 24.07.2026 from the App Store. Since then, ReelShort has charged my card EVERY WEEK: • 24.07.2026: -$19.99 • 31.07.2026: -$19.99 • 07.08.2026: -$19.99 • 14.08.2026: -$19.99 • 03.09.2026: -$19.99 (and more attempts pending) All charges are DIRECT to my credit card, despite the official cancellation confirmation. Worse: When I reported this as fraud to my bank, ReelShort’s “support” response was: “Please log into your account to manage your subscription.” This is phishing. They’re trying to get my credentials after stealing my card. This is systematic fraud, not a billing error. They deliberately ignore cancellation confirmations and continue billing while posing as customer support. To Apple: This app commits ongoing fraud and phishing. Remove it immediately. To users: Never enter card details. File fraud reports with your bank right away

Cant cancel the subscription . Nightmare,

Horrible experience. Like an idiot I did not sign into an account so when I needed to cancel my subscription I could not. I reached out to customer service 4 times!! Each time they dismissed my message and continued to send me a list of how to cancel the subscription. They only cancelled once I threatened to write a bad review. Absolutely ridiculous how long it took them to resolve a simple request. HORRIBLE.

If I can give them a zero I would. Buyer beware. Scam alert. Kept trying to charge my account even after I canceled. Huge scam. Had to cancel my cc. Good concept bad execution. But they don’t care as it is just a scam. Surprised they are allowed to advertise at all the places they do. I will be posting on those sites as well.

Nun , eigentlich nett , Werbung ansehen für Coins ist auch ok , aber diese Werbung ist wie ein Virus und geht häufig selbst nach Minuten nicht weg . Daher eignet ein leider absolut negatives Erlebnis was man meiden sollte

I PAID ALMOST $8 FOR 7OO+ TOKENS AND THEY TOOK THE REMAINING 400+ I HAD LEFT! I WASNT ABLE TO EVEN FINISH THE SHOW I WAS WATCHING! TOTAL RIPOFF!! THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED. THEY ARE STEALING FROM US AND TIMES ARE ALREADY HARD!! THIS IS CRAZY!! IM BEYOND PISSED AT THIS APP!! I NOW HANDS TO ORDER A WHOLE NEW CARD!!

The amount you have to spend and watch a full episode is outrageous! And the ads come every episode or two if you're trying to watch for free. The as themselves sometimes can run two three or four minutes long. Wouldn't waste my time or effort with this app.
