I love my sauna! Use it almost everyday.
Response from Redwood OutdoorsApr 24, 2025
Thank you for the 5 stars, Michael! We're so glad to hear you're loving your sauna and using it nearly every day—that’s exactly what we're talking about when we say "living the sauna lifestyle!" Here’s to many more moments of relaxation and wellness!

It was fun building it and the only pain in the rear was waiting on the Electrician to come convert it to 220V. I’ve never even been able to breathe out of both of my nostrils at the same time and this has cleared that! Best health hack ever and a fun experience with my family too.
Response from Redwood OutdoorsApr 22, 2025
Thank you so much for the glowing review, Luke! We're thrilled to hear that building your sauna was a fun project—and even happier to hear it's already making a difference for your health. (Breathing through both nostrils at once? Game changer!) We're glad it's become a shared experience for your family-- we believe sauna is best experienced together-- and we appreciate you sticking it out through the electrician wait. Wishing you many relaxing, restorative sessions ahead!

We ordered the 6 person barrel sauna and it is absolutely wonderful. All the staff at Redwood are incredibly responsive and so so helpful, we will be purchasing a 6 person Cedar Cube and a Barrel Cold Plunge in the future for a different location, mahalo Sarah and Nick and Service Team!
Response from Redwood OutdoorsApr 17, 2025
Mahalo nui loa to you for the kind words, Darryl — and for going the extra mile (or several thousand!) to bring Redwood Outdoors to Hawaii. We know it wasn’t a simple process getting your 6-Person Barrel Sauna out there, and we’re truly honored that you went to those lengths. That means the world to us. It’s wonderful to hear you’re loving the sauna, and we’ll be here whenever you’re ready for that Cedar Cube and Alaskan Cold Plunge. We’ll make sure Sarah, Nick, and the Service Team see your shout-out — they’ll be thrilled to know they made an impact. Thank you again for your trust and support — and for making Redwood part of your island retreat!

In Sept of 2024 I purchased the Redwood Outdoors Alaskan Cold Plunge Kit along with the 3 Person Cove Sauna, both of which have been in constant use. I was blown away by the build quality of the shipping crates which I have retained and repurposed. Unpacking was easy with all pieces clearly labeled allowing for easy assembly and installation. I also find the build quality of the Redwood Outdoors products to be outstanding and well engineered. The 3 Person Cover Sauna is elegant with its glass door and large window. It is well engineered and easy to assemble, but most importantly it reaches operating temperature quickly, is well ventilated and circulates steam well. I did raise the bench and step an additional 10 inches to allow full body immersion in the steam when lying on the bench. The sauna is routinely heated to between 190 and 210 degrees F in about 30 to 45 minutes using a Harvia M3 wood burning stove. The Cove Sauna accommodates 2 people comfortably and is cozy with 3 people. I absolutely love this sauna. The Alaskan Plunge Tub is beautiful, sturdy, and well insulated. When not in use the lid aids in retaining the tub's chilled temperature despite relatively high ambient temperatures which lightens the load on the chiller. The chiller so far has proven bullet proof and chills at a rate of about 0.15 degrees per minute which also minimizes run time. The Redwood Outdoor Cove Sauna and Alaskan Cold Plunge Kit has improved the quality of my life immensely while contributing to my health and wellness during retirement. Five days a week, I follow up my morning workout with three 15 to 20 minute sauna sessions at 190 to 210 degrees F interspersed by two 8 minute cold plunges at 38 degrees F. Purchasing large ticket items such as the sauna and cold plunge in retirement gave me pause, however, I found the Redwood Outdoors pricing to be reasonably competitive. For me, what set Redwood Outdoors apart from competitors is their sales and support staff. They are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and they are enthusiasts! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Redwood Outdoors.

Redwood outdoors was the second internal sauna that I purchased, and is by far away the better of the two models. The quality of the construction is excellent, the instructions to assemble very clear, and the assembly process intuitive. The sauna has been working flawlessly for five months now, and the Wi-Fi interface works very well. Additionally, I found their customer service to be extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this product.

We’re thrilled it’s been running flawlessly for five months, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. The Redwood products were delivered as scheduled and they have completely lived up to their promise. I have the portable as well as the solid cold plunge tub which gives me the opportunity to use one of the 2 daily. The relief and benefits are phenomenal

I bought the mini cube sauna and I absolutely love it. I purchased the cube and once it was delivered built it in one day. Other than needing help to lift the front and rear panels it was a one person job for me. I use it daily and my wife is now a big fan. If your into a Finnish style sauna, with real rocks and ability to pour water on the rocks to create steam I couldn’t recommend this any higher.
Response from Redwood OutdoorsApr 9, 2025
Thank you so much! We're thrilled to hear how much you love the Mini Cube — and even more so that it's become a daily ritual (and turned your wife into a fan too!). It’s awesome that you were able to build it in a day — that’s what we aim for! But still a big accomplishment when flying solo. We’re big fans of the Finnish-style experience ourselves, and it’s great to hear you're getting the full steam effect on-demand! Thanks for the recommendation, and welcome to the Redwood Outdoors community — here’s to many more great sessions ahead!

We have enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge. They both sit under our deck with a lookout to our pond and swimming pool. We have a backyard vacation spot in the winter and summer months.

We’re thrilled to be part of your backyard wellness oasis, and so glad to hear you’re enjoying the full hot/cold experience. Here’s to many relaxing sessions ahead!
