Hey Vin, dein Account ist geliefert. Du hast mit US Gift Cards bezahlt, wir nehmen normal nur deutsche. Wir hätten es einfach ablehnen können aber wir wollten das du trotzdem bei uns ein Kunde sein kannst deshalb mussten dafür extra unseren Provider kontaktieren und eine Ausnahme machen, deshalb hat es gedauert, 1 stunde nach diesem review war es schon delivered, aber auch sonst sind giftcard payments in maximal 1-2 stunden durch, wir entschuldigen uns trotzdem für die unannehmlichkeiten und würden dir gerne den ganzen amount refunden als entschädigung öffne dafür gerne ein ticket in unserem discord. Mit Karte geht die Lieferung in 60 Sekunden.

Thanks for the feedback Lennon. Digital accounts and unbans work differently than physical items, so we usually offer store credit or a direct replacement. That’s standard in this space. If something is wrong with the account itself, we refund the full amount to the original payment method plus 10% extra store credit as compensation. If your unban was unused, drop the order ID in a Discord ticket or email. We’ll check it and sort a proper replacement right away.

Sorry you feel that way. We deliver full email access and verified accounts on every order. Accounts getting pulled within a couple of days is uncommon and usually comes from login sharing or third-party tools. Drop your order numbers in a Discord ticket or support email. We’ll pull the delivery logs and sort it. If you’d reached out first we would’ve handled it the same way. Open a ticket and the team will look into a refund right away.

Hello, Sorry the account isn’t accessible. Full email and Epic access comes with every delivery, so this is very uncommon and we issue full refunds + 10% of the order value in cases like this. Open a ticket with your order ID or the email you used. We’ll replace it right away once we confirm. Discord support usually replies within minutes.
