I asked for an explanation of the refund and got no response. We were in the house for 40 hours. It two hours to unpack on Sunday AM and 3 hours to pack Sunday PM.

Very quick and easy service
Very quick and easy service. Having our vacation postponed due to evacuations and having to stay extra days in hotels was eased by the knowledge we would be receiving a check shortly! Thank you.

Happy Customer
I'm so glad I purchased travel insurance through Arch Red Sky Insurance. Although being mandatorily evacuated because of a hurricane isn't fun, Arch Red Sky made claiming my reimbursement painless. Their customer service representative was so kind and helpful and I received my check very quickly.

It was very easy submitting my claim
It was very easy submitting my claim. It was processed fast and I received my check quickly. I have taken out insurance for many years when I travel to the gulf coast and this was the first time I have ever had to make a claim.
