Good investment!
We were so glad we had the travelers insurance for an unexpected mandatory evacuation of our vacation rental 48 hours after arriving! The process for submitting the claim was easy. Red Sky was in constant communication with us from the time we submitted the claim until our refund check was received. We highly recommend purchasing the travelers insurance because you never know when the unexpected may happen!

Easy to make a claim
Easy to make a claim, good communication as to where the claim was in the system, everything was processed quickly and check received within a couple of weeks.

Great group to handle a claim!
The company helped me get the correct forms to them. After that they were reviewed, a decision made and a check was in the mail. I will always use RedSky traveler’s insurance any time I travel.

Efficient Claims, But Read Carefully
I recently filed a trip cancellation claim with Red Sky. Their claims team responded quickly, and I received the refund within a couple of weeks — a relief considering the stress of the situation However, terms are strict: certain reasons like standard pregnancy or incomplete property damage aren’t covered, which wasn’t obvious upfront. Overall decent service—but read the policy details closely before purchasing.

Cancellation Due To Illness Honored
I made reservations at a condo in Florida and purchased insurance through Arch Red Sky. A week before my travel was to start I became ill. The illness cleared up, but my doctor scheduled tests to determine the cause during the time I had rented the condo. Arch Red Sky honored the insurance and refunded my prepaid condo rent.
