Two items. You should be a bit more careful with your blanket email requests for comments on your service. The reason for having to interact with you is Marietta’s death. Your message lacks that sensitivity. Please address the survivor, I also had a claim in. Other than the above, I found the interaction quite easy. The fact that Marietta died did make several of the on-line steps useless or counterproductive. However, a phone call resulted in a much more streamlined interaction and a positive result. While disappointed to have our trip interrupted by a mandatory hurricane evacuation, we were relieved to have travel insurance. The claims process was easy and our payment was quickly processed. Only issue we encountered was receiving the emails so carefully review junk folders. We’ve purchased and had claims with other insurers in the past, and Red Sky was so much more efficient!
