The AI generated response to my review not exterminated lies it's been way more than a year the place has an infestation. Contacting the county no hot water tub won't drain they finally cut the knee deep grass around the property Manager is never available & corporate is a jok.Again will reach out to New Castle county offices

I had a great experience at the Red Roof Inn # 734 on 9.7.25 2591 Wilde Lake Blvd. Pensacola, Florida. Nora at the front desk was very hospitable and helped me check in, she is great! TJ Patel the general manager really runs a wonderful, clean hotel. The room was clean, looked like newly remodeled, very modern look and best of all a very comfortable bed with Clean sheets. Bathroom very clean. I would highly recommend this Red Roof Inn to everybody. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s Thank you all for my enjoyable stay. And God bless 🙏 Alan M.

Room smelled musty, a used wet towel was left hanging in the bathroom, clear signs of poor cleaning, and worst of all—my family and I woke up covered in bedbug bites. After filing a formal complaint Management of this independently owned location brushed it off with a generic apology and supposed token reward points (not shown in app account) while indicating this was an isolated incident despite years of similar complaints online. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Lesson learned- always READ REVIEWS prior to booking and LOOK FOR BEDBUGS before sleeping in hotel beds!

The photos of this hotel are very misleading — the lobby looks nice online, but in reality the carpet is old, worn, and covered with white powder-like residue. The moment you walk in, the hotel is extremely stuffy with a strong odor. When I asked about adjusting my 5-day reservation, the manager twisted my words, rudely told me maybe I should just stay one night and leave, and demanded full payment for all 5 days upfront. The staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made me leave immediately. I do not recommend this property.

Friendliness staff were the best when recommended the best restaurant to eat at. The rooms were super clean and they smelled wonderful. The staff welcome my pet and myself as if we were family I felt right at home.

Stayed at Red Roof in Augusta Ga Washington Road...shower so filthy we were afraid to use..some lights did not work..continental breakfast:coffee cold, stale bread, 2 cold and hard biscuits...sink slow drained...refrigerator leaked and barely cold...safety lock @top of door falling out...mattress like hard rocks..furniture really old:one back not stable one almost kids size chair..no ice...spend your money elsewhere..will NEVER go back!!!
