My husband and I stayed at the Sutton Massachusetts Red Roof Inn and Suites! It was very easy to get to I was able to book our room on booking.com. when we got there I went to check in and the the staff was very considerate, she answered all my questions. She did give us a room, and my husband went to open the door to find out that there was already a couple there. So I went back to her and she very politely got us a new room. And explain that there was a overlap in the computer! So we got to our new room and the room was very nice it was very clean! And a non-smoking room. We had a very nice king size bed the bathroom was very nice and clean. The only reason I am giving them a four is because of a the room mixup and they did not have an elevator to get to the second floor of the building!

I stayed overnight after my outpatient surgery. Being a retired hospitality professional, I look for comfort, convenience and a clean place. Everything thing else is usually the same. I got there, went to my room. It was nine degrees outside, so I hit the heat....Nada....I had checked in late and the office was closed. I had to sleep in my clothes. Man, was I warm, and NOT from the room heating unit. I called the corporate office, nothing... So I just went to sleep. Upon waking the next morning, I called the front office. A charming lady named 'Cheryl' answered. I told her about the situation and waited for the 'blame game' to start. She simply apologized and then offered to comp the night. That was it.... Cheryl, also mentioned that she had another room next door that she would give me if I chose to stay one more day. I took it. When I opened the door, the warmth of the room embraced me! Cheryl was my heroine!

Better than average. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Corbin Kentucky. Spacious, clean rooms. Good breakfast. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the far end away from the interstate because you get some noise from the passing trucks.

This is a very basic hotel. We got exactly what we paid for. It was fairly quiet and located near restaurants. With the money we saved we were able to go out to dinner. The management was friendly. Don’t expect a high class, high service experience, and if you want a basic room and a shower, the price was right.

Stayed at RedRoof Hermitage PA form 8/2 to 8/6/2023. I found the room wonderfully clean and ready for my longer term stay. The housekeeping was exactly what I have encountered at other Red Roof's I have visited. What was the best surprise was wonderful water pressure in the shower ! It was quiet. The staff and other guests very polite and helpful to me (I walk with a cane) and found many people hopped to assist me in navigating doorways. A small repair I reported to management was completed the same day. Excellent job, The grounds are a work in progress with more cleanup needed for guests carelessness in discarding paper etc. But for dog's safety I did not see any broken glass or dog "deposits". I would absolutely stay there again. Red Roof is my first choice when I need reservations, i frequent different Red Roof motels probably times a year. The management team at Hermitage is clearly working on clearing their name with prior bad reviews GOOD PROGRESS.

Sonia and I stayed in your Harrisburg Pa , corporate Circle. We have never had a man and his wife try so hard to please us like family! Gopod and Pinky had us in smiles with their funny jokes. Him and his wife are trying so hard to give RedRoof Inn a great name and a very friendly atmosphere. I can only wish them success because they are working so hard on their staff to also feel secure and happy to work there. Corporate should really meet a team that really wants Red Roof Inn a success. Would definitely stay here again. Room was very fresh & clean. New flooring, clean fresh pillows & sheets. Nice towels. WONDERFUL water pressure in shower. Nice amenities in room. Very pet friendly & no complaints with our big dog ! A pleasant surprise for the low cost. Minus one star only because our room needed better bedside lighting!

I stayed at redroof inn for 3 months after leaving a very bad domestic situation. What I loved was there security guard who looks after the property. I never felt so safe in a long time. She is the most friendly, alert, and prompt guard I ever encountered. I'm at the Richardson location in Dallas and I know that I'm protected and safe because of their security guard. Thanks to redroof Richardson for making my stay safe and secure.
