Dust was caked up on the bathroom fan. Toilet seat was broken Message light flashed and couldn't be shut off. Tissue dispenser was empty. Curtain didn't close. No hot water. It was Memorial day weekend, so instead of being $90, it was $265. I asked the specific hotel for $175 to bring it down to the regular price (even though it wasn't worth that). They declined. I emailed with corporate. They said there was nothing they could do. Really? I wish I could post the pictures. It was gross. I would say which specific hotel it was, but since corporate declined any help, it's a chain-wide thing.

I can't wait to leave tomorrow the maid service here it's very threatening makes you feel very uncomfortable gives you dirty looks when you're walking down and and getting ice second time she did that today I was on the phone she was being nosey so there's nosey people they're very rude people here except for one person and we adopted him only one really sweet person after being here for a month.

Okay I'm not saying all Red roof inns are horrible but we were at the Red roof inn in Easton Pennsylvania the room was great it was clean not old and it was well kept but we had a problem with our payment we booked through Travelocity and it was a mess and we tried to straighten it out at the hotel they wouldn't even listen to us they just kept on saying we had to leave after one day the staff at the front end need to find new jobs they are horrible people we kept trying to explain to them what happened and they would not let us explain

Jasmine that works at the front desk has absolutely phenomenal customer service skills she should be promoted and given a raise besides that the hotel is under some renovation but they were very gracious when we had a problem with our room and they moved us no problem and also I booked through booking.com and there was an issue and they didn't make us leave at checkout time they gave us enough time to get it straightened out very good place to stay for the price and there's an amazing restaurant next door

I recently stayed at a Red Roof property traveling from Ohio to Ct, my experience at the front desk was very satisfying and the lady Julissa at the time of checking in was extremely professional and very helpful giving us directions on places to go in the area thanks for welcoming with great service it goes a long way.
