I was looking for a place to sell my gold jewelry and decided on reDollar based on other people's reviews. I really didn't want to haggle and just wanted fair price. reDollar's website has a calculator on their page that can give you an estimate of their purchase price (based on type of gold, description, weight) which makes it easy for you to compare with other places. Do keep in mind that it is an estimate that does not include stones/non-gold parts on your jewelry and also based on current gold prices. I have used their services twice now and am very happy with their response/speed/service. I will use them again once the price of gold goes back up.

After doing some research in what to actually expect when selling gold jewelry, my wife decided to sell her 65g 14k gold chain, starting locally. It was also nice to get an offer that was nearly $200 higher than the best offer from a trusted "We Buy Gold" business in our area. We were satisfied with the offer, given the current gold prices for 14k. We accepted it and were promptly paid. Within an hour from accepting reDollar's offer, I had the funds in my bank account. My wife and I will be using reDollar for our next "cash for gold" transaction.
