These people are full of b.s! They lied to me saying they tested my gold 890gm. However they told me that they only tested 101.37gm and that it only has 0.71%. Which cracks me up because i had it professionally tested before i sent it to them. I asked for pics and video which they sent to me after i asked them several times. I could tell with the video it looks like it was one person whom obviously is an idiot! Because he couldn’t even hold the camera up right. Which makes me believe this place is a made up bullcrap who is trying to steal peoples money. Also I thought it was interesting with the photos because they had marked it with a black marker which is going to affect the testing with the gold tester... that’s when they said they used their $50,000 machine which is bullcrap, i say that because i sent in a bag of items and then a huge chunk of gold. I can tell that they have messed with my gold. I am going to meet up with my lawyer today and find out who these people really are. Helen fisher is the one who kept sending me emails. Well i can’t even find that person, and if i call their number no one answers. Which leads me even more to believe they are full of crap! I hope no one does business with these wanna be professional tester’s, because they really are professional liars, and thieves.

The redollar calculator estimate for my "14K" bracelet was $497, which was almost $100 more than the local gold buyer offered. I received the shipping package from redollar with all the materials I needed. The same day it was received they sent me a lab report and purchase offer. The offer was $50 lower than the estimate due to a .08g weight difference and a difference in the amount of gold in my "14K" gold item. According to the information provided "a piece marked 14K gold will not always contain 58.3% or 58.5% gold. The discrepancy may vary between 3% and 7% and in rare cases up to 10%." My bracelet was tested at only 54.88%. Regardless, I accepted the offer and had my money within hours via Zelle.
