I ordered takeout from Red Lobster Barrie and was disappointed that the drinks order was incomplete. (The Uber delivery dude went back to collect the missing drink!) The escargots are actually mushrooms which apparently contain snails. I couldn't find them or taste them. The Shrimp linguine was passable—I can make it better. It was expensive–not worth the price.

Manager Milagros was very attentive and gave us great customer service. The Bartender Christopher made amazing drinks for us and was very polite and always had a smile on his face. The food was also excellent!

This is for the Scarborough location. They messed up my order but the manager was so apologetic and appreciative of my business. Food was excellent! I highly recommend!

We had no reservation for party of 15 at Red Lobster, 8012 Concord Mills Blvd Concord NC restaurant. We were travelling from PA. Greeted politely, Seated promptly. Our server, Uriah W was EXCELLENT. The food was awful, the shrimp was not good and the steak was so small and tough, it was beyond belief that this company could do this to customers. The prices do not reflect the mediocre food and over pricing does nothing to make the experience better. I suggest that you not enter this restaurant, you will be greatly disappointed.

Poor Service, Food sold was not the True Fish that i ordered, Plano business should be closed down now. Spent $80.00 and advised management of food and service and still no adjustment was given or apology was given.
