Before I ordered from Redline 360 I was dealing with another vendor. The other vendor (Extreme Terrain) advertised unavailable products and had terrible customer service. Redline360 was the complete opposite end of the scale with quick delivery and great customer service. With Extreme Terrain I had waited for a month with no purchase delivery. With Redline 360 I ordered and had my purchase in three days! The cat back MBRP exhaust was exactly as advertised am I am completely satisfied with my purchase and Redline 360 as well. Thank you Redline 360!

Their return policy is garbage. They make you pay for the return. The only reason I had to return it was because they don't give clear instructions on what pieces fit for your specific vehicle. Super frustrating.

1 Star – Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Product Recommendation I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I ordered a part based on the compatibility information and recommendation provided on the company’s website. Unfortunately, the part I received does not fit my vehicle because the website’s recommendation was incorrect. This wasn’t a case of me ordering the wrong item—the manufacturer has since confirmed that everything I reported about the compatibility issue was accurate. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way it was handled. After waiting 2.5 weeks for the order to arrive, receiving an incompatible product, and then waiting another four business days for a response, the resolution was essentially that I would need to deal with the return myself. There was no real ownership of the mistake or meaningful attempt to make the situation right. Mistakes happen. What separates great companies from mediocre ones is how they respond when those mistakes occur. In this case, it felt like the burden of the company’s error was placed entirely on me. As a result, I’ll be returning the part and taking my business elsewhere. I hope they improve both the accuracy of their product recommendations and, more importantly, how they take care of customers when something goes wrong.

I ordered a set of '98-'08 bushings for an LX470. They sent me hyundai veloster parts. I am now in my 15th email with Dani, the customer service rep, and she is asking questions in a circle over and over. Even with a picture showing the incorrect kit I received, she is claiming it's the right kit, while simultaneously confirming that I ordered the LX470 kit instead. I am very confused and I'm getting nowhere with them. It seems as though I'll not only be stuck with the wrong parts, I'll not get my money back, and they'll not offer to pay for return shipping on the WRONG product they sent to me. Incomptence to the point of bad faith with a purchase contract.
