I'm hesitant to use this company again after my recent experience. My order was accidentally canceled, forcing me to place it again myself instead of them handling it internally. I had to separately request another coupon code, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Their website misleadingly mentions nearby warehouses, but my order shipped from Chicago, significantly increasing wait time. Furthermore, I had both the customer service representative and a warehouse employee contacting me, obviously with no internal coordination.
