took a chance ordering from this company despite all the bad reviews, and unfortunately, everything people have said seems to be true. I’m now out over $400, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I ordered the wrong headlights, but I realized it as soon as I opened the box and noticed the bulbs weren’t included. I emailed the company, and they explained that bulbs are only included with the regular halogen headlights, not the LED versions. I never even took the headlights out of the box. I immediately contacted them to request an exchange and sent the incorrect headlights back. Now I’ve received an email claiming that the headlights were returned broken and scratched. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. The headlights were never even removed from the box, and now I’m being held responsible for damage I did not cause. I feel like I’ve been robbed of over $400. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful before ordering from this company. Learn from my experience and save yourself the money, stress, and headache.

Yves reached out after the original part was discontinued and I paid the difference for a replacement. It showed up quickly, I installed it, and the short shifter itself is solid with no issues. The only looseness is on the old OEM clamp/mount that holds it down — that’s the factory piece, not the new shifter. No complaints on Redline360’s side.

Very disappointing experience with Redline360. I bought Rev9 coilovers for my 2025 Toyota Camry SE after hearing good things about both companies. I’m 20 and put most of my extra money after bills into my car. I sold my OEM suspension to afford this setup. The coilovers arrived with incorrect lower mounts for my vehicle. This was not an ordering mistake, and Redline360 had to work with Rev9 to get the correct mounts. The biggest issue has been the time and money this caused. I spent money I didn’t have on installation and other expenses while waiting for the correct parts. I offered receipts, but was told labor isn’t covered and no compensation could be provided. This wasn’t a normal return. I received incorrect parts and had to deal with the consequences. What should have been an exciting upgrade became a long, expensive headache. I have receipts and pictures I have everything but they’re just a money thirsty company

Do not buy anything from this company; if there is anything wrong with your item, they will flat out refuse to make it right. I ordered a set of headlight assemblies; they arrived on-time, and the price was fair enough. Upon receiving the headlight assemblies, it became very apparent one of them was defective, as the driver side assembly could not connect to the harness due to a faulty connector . Several days of emails later, including sending pictures of the defect, the company was not willing to exchange the item, let alone refund the purchase. I had to do a charge back through my credit card company to actually get my money back. This company is awful, and I would never try them again.

Worst customer service. If you make a mistake and quickly message them to help you out with it they won't help out at all. They'll just message saying hey we shipped your package and know it's yours but we wanted to know we're still going to ship it instead of canceling it even though the package is still sitting in our warehouse. I had to constantly get them to message me or else I would get no update. They were trying to hit me with a restocking fee as well. Ignore this website unless you wanna burn some money

The item I bought was apparently shipped to the wrong address. They told me that they have proof that the package was signed for by KSCOTT. I don’t know who that person is and they don’t live at my address. I checked my ring doorbell and there was no video of FedEx coming to my address. All I get is an AI response saying the same thing. Stay away from this site, not worth it.
