Good pricing, and fast shipping

First of all I'm the kind of person that researches what I'm buying. Check reviews both on the product and company I'm going to make the decision to buy from. I purchased a Littmann stethoscope for my son who is studying nursing. I had it engraved so I was concerned it might take awhile to get to him. Not the case. He received it in less then a week and loves it! Thrilled with the engraving!! Very pleased with my business with Redding Medical and will purchase from them again. I believe several students in my son's class have since purchased from them after seeing the product. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you Redding Medical.

Redding was more than prompt. They were accurate not only on their confirmation, but also their follow up. In fact they delivered on time an item they initially said was back ordered...AND they were 10% below any other supplier, even before their discount coupon which was easy to find and reliable.

I received my ceil blue Littmann Master Classic on Friday after ordering it on Tuesday evening. It's beautiful. The engraving (script) is amazing and my friend who ordered hers with Allheart is jealous. Very happy with my purchase!

Good experience

I got a junior size lab coat by mistake instead of adult size and the customer service worker named Sharon was straight rude when I asked if we have to pay for shipping! So if you get a wrong item by mistake, you have to return it and then buy another and pay shipping 3 times in total. This was my worst experience. Just be careful and look 2-3 times before you buy. You pay shipping at first for what you ordered then you pay shipping when you return and then you pay shipping when u buy again! This is reduce loud and the shipping I paid first time with other stuff was 20 dollars. Overall most horrible customer service I ever had!

Although the items I had ordered were discontinued, Redding Medical staff offered to call the vendor to check for any surplus stock. I ordered these items from several other companies, ordering with another company after being informed that the items were discontinued. None of the others offered this type of service. Redding Medical even apologized for the confusion and inconvenience and noted that they would update their site. As my order was around the holidays, I understood the site not being updated. They need to take time off to celebrate too. I'm a huge sucker for excellent customer service, so I will definitely be giving them my return business.

the stethoscope i bought was really nice and perfect. No damage, just the way i was expecting it. Shipping was fast. I will order again from this store.
