Placing the order and navigating the website was a breeze. However, there were a couple of things I did not like. For one, it would be great if the additional shipping fee situation is added before checkout. I did not like that I was contacted to make an additional payment of $28. Secondly, the packaging can sure be better. It looked like no effort was put into making it look pretty and presentable. Finally, on the website I saw the stethoscope for about $115. But in the receipt I received upon delivery, it wrote that the stethoscope was $98. I don't understand why the discrepancy of over $17 exists.

The product that arrived was what it was said to be. It works great but only issue was I spent an additional $30 to get it next day and it took longer in which I could not get refunded or adjusted through FEDEX. I should have just paid for ground if that was the case.

I had placed two orders for two separate stethoscopes with separate inscriptions and two separate customized carrying cases. The name on the stethoscope was hardly legible. The name on the carrying case was more legible but they mixed up the order such that both cases arrived with the same name tag. So much for paying nearly twice the amount for FedEx overnight shipping only to realize that the remedial order needs to be shipped leisurely. Frankly, my entire shipping fee should be waived in light of the mix-up.

Fedex overnight shipping was selected and paid for and products were sent via fedex ground. Item was shipped on 1/26/24 and still have not received it. They communicate well, so customer service seems decent. They should have honored the original overnight shipping and not ask for more money to ship overnight.

My experience was pretty smooth however the stethoscope I received is backwards. The larger part is the opposite direction it should be down but it’s faced up and I have to twist it every time I use it to get a blood pressure. It was very disappointing.

The stethoscope itself is an amazing piece of equipment. However, the color of the stethoscope I received was almost 3 shades darker than the photo on the website. Which is very upsetting because I was expecting to receive the color advertised, especially for the amount of money I paid for.

I reordered the same stethoscopes as in 2018. Original stethoscopes were with monograms. As I click the bottom "reorder" I expected to receive the same color stethoscopes with the same monograms. I did receive the same color, but no monograms were there. It was unexpected and upsetting

I love my new stethoscope but I was unable to get the discount code to work for me. Shipping was fast though.
