It was quick, easy, and I got my badge within a week of ordering it!

I ordered a stethoscope and was told it was back ordered until 3-13. I then get an email two days after it was to ship saying it they pushed the back order date out to the 24th. On the 31st I receive and email saying it is pushed out again. I tell them I want to cancel and am told "that's fine but if you do, when you try and reorder the price will be higher because we are raising the price". WOW!! The best part is I found it for $5 more with free shipping guaranteed in stock elsewhere. I found it on about 3 other website for similar pricing. I ended up saving money by finding it somewhere else "in stock" since shipping was free. I don't suggest ever going through them. I think the worst part was that they continually informed me after it was supposed to ship. They knew that day it wasn't available and should have informed their customers

My nursing school orders our clinical nametags from Redding Medical. I lost the back to mine, so they told me I would have to purchase my own from Redding. I did that and asked for an extra back - they actually sent one to me with my order. So unexpected and happy. The service was very fast and the product is of good quality - strong magnet.

One week after received the order confirnation and information and 3 days after delivery date. I recived a e-mail ask copy two documents I prefer pay more US$10 than fell broken If your international policy is asking documents after the order , It need be clear in your site and send immediately

The original stethoscope I ordered was on back order from the manufacturer and Redding was very helpful in offering options including a different stethoscope which was available. Laser engraving looked really good; very happy with my purchase
