I ordered an engraved stethoscope as a gift. I ordered it in the evening and the next morning I received a call about the font that I had choosen. Redding medical had a suggestion to make is look better, I gave my approval,and within hours it shipped. I received the product in perfect condition two days after I placed the order. Not mention their prices are very competitive.

I recently purchased an engraved Littman Master Cardiology stethoscope. The special smoke colored one. I researched multiple sites and stores before deciding on Redding Medical. Their prices with shipping were the best. The engraving prices were also the lowest I'd encountered. I received an email from them stating my item was back ordered for a month and I needed to call and confirm that I still wanted the personalized item. After I did, I was expecting it at the end of April. Two days later I received another email that my item was already shipped! The service was great! The stethoscope is perfectly as described! Engraving is perfect! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks so much!

Redding initiated communication with me as soon as the items was purchased. They made sure that I was aware that one of the items was a back order therefore will not arrive within the estimated shipping date.
