Hi. My name is Liezl Fernandez. I would like to ask for a refund from my credit card. I did not received 3 items out of 4 items i have ordered. I just received the stethoscope.

I purchased this case as a gift for my niece. She said finds it very useful and intends to use it as long as possible.

Redding Medical was the cheapest source for my new stethescope. I saw their name on a discussion board at all nurses. That is why I chose them. Why I am recommending them is because it was easy to order and personalize, the scope was engraved beautifully and obviously double checked. I have recommended them to my entire class.

Great website, Recieved item in timely fashion. $3.50 shipping and handling is a bit steep considering item was delivered in a standard envelope.

I bought a medical device and, Redding Medical charged me twice what created a big problem because my bank charged me 6 times a fee for the following transactions thinking that my balance was negative. I finally fixed it but, it was a headache. I will think twice before to buy something else to them.

I purchased a Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope for my daughter when she graduated Nursing School in 2014. This most recent purchase was for my husband, an RN of 35 yrs. He has had the same stethoscope for over 25 yrs, and just now needed new tubing. I found exactly what he wanted, and as with my daughter's order, had it personalized. the turnaround time is so quick!! The only trouble I had this time was that I had to use Paypal, for some reason the site wouldn't process my Visa card.

Not only was checkout easy, but the product arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition. would definitely buy again
