Redding Medical Inc.Reviews of reddingmedical.com

The site that I ordered from was incredibly easy to use. The engraving had options for font and colors which I thought was amazing because other websites didn't offer that. I bought my stethoscope at an amazing price.. Cheaper than from other websites. It was also delivered to my house the same day the site said it would be delivered so I have nothing to complain about. The whole process was perfect.

Wonderful experience. A definite recommend.

Order a item and and was on my door step with in 24 hrs and the engraving looked great

Best service ever

very fast simple easy

I ordered from this company for a gift for a friend. They called to verify my order as name/address on shipping was different from billing name/address. My friend received the medical device quickly. I am very satisfied & impressed with the service. Thank you

I ordered my scrubs late at night and they shipped the next day! I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company!

You can find the Littmann Stethoscopes almost anywhere and the prices are usually about the same throughout. The reason why I wanted to buy it here was because there was a fundraiser at my university. I decided to participate since I had to get a stethoscope by the following year anyway. The stethoscopes here are the same as the ones on any website that sells the Littmann brand. I tried contacting customer service about the stethoscope I wanted to purchase through email but they never responded (not even after several weeks). I placed my order anyways because the deadline for the fundraiser was approaching. Then one day, I received a call from the company telling me the stethoscope I ordered had run out and that I would have to pay extra shipping if I wanted to wait for it to be restocked. I understood but I did not want to pay the extra shipping ($10), having already paid way over $100. I also did not want to change the stethoscope that I had ordered. Why would I have to do either of these things if the website never noted that the stethoscope was out of stock? When I was trying to communicate this to the customer service woman, she got angry and started to raise her voice at me. She told me that the website notes that the one I wanted was out of stock but she seemed to not understand that it did not say that when I ordered it. All in all, I have little doubt about the stethoscope's quality since it is a respectable brand, but the customer service was horrendous.
