Excellent service and products, delivered on time and fit my device perfectly.

I bought a scissors with a name engraved on them. The scissors had scratches all over and looked used and not shiny. I was disappointed and almost embarrassed to give it as a gift since it did not look brand new.

Ordering was easy, delivery on time, price was good but I had it personified and the initials were upside down from the letter "L" on the stethoscope. Not a big deal but it would look nicer if the initials were placed differently.

I ordered a brass finish stethoscope and it was hideous! They were wonderful about the exchange. It was a very pleasant experience all around.

I have a niece that is a vet tech. and needed her own suture scissors and hemostat. I decided to get them for her for Christmas and have them engraved with her initials. Both are of very good quality and the engraving is beautiful. Shipping was quick. Very much satisfied.

I placed an online order for several different pieces of scrub tops and bottoms. After calling about the 110% price guarantee I was told they didn't have the items I ordered. Since you expect the items you order are available I'd placed an order with another company for some of the coordinating pieces since neither store had everything I needed. I now have the shipment from the other store and am left with parts and pieces of uniforms since Redding didn't have the items. My card was also charged for the purchase. It has since been credited, but I'm not sure why it would've ever been charged since they never had the items I ordered and received confirmation on to start wit
