I loved the two cardiology III stethoscopes I ordered for presents! I was only slightly disappointed that the tube personalization color was gold on a red tube so you cannot read the name very well. That could have been my fault though. I recommend this company :)

I feel like the price match guarantee on the website is a little misleading. It does not apply to stethoscopes and that information is buried deep down in the policy. After a small customer service battle I was able to at least get a 100% not 110% price match on the stethoscope I ordered and the second lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and upfront with the information I needed. They refunded the price match difference very quickly and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY STETHOSCOPE!!! The shipping was fast and the engraving is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Even they guys at my job are jealous of my GORGEOUS stethoscope. Long story short I would definitely order from Redding Medical again if the price is right now that I understand how the price match process actually works. Their customer service is good once you get the right person on the phone and they do excellent and speedy work.
