Very fast shipping. Laser engraving looked perfect on the bell, but on the tubing the engraving of 2 of the letters in a word were connected with one line and not individual letters, it was also not centered.

I ordered a stethoscope as a gift for my son. I had it personalized with the name on the tubes it came in on the head. I was disappointed but the gift was really nice and my son really didn't mind.
