I really liked the prices, but some other websites had more options for customizing the stethoscopes and then I got an email afterwards that I needed to send documentations since my shipping and billing address were different. I feel they should've written something clearly when I made the option because I had to wait longer to get my package since I had to talk to customer service and have them change my billing and shipping to the same address. It was just extra hassle that I've never experienced online shopping using two addresses.
