RedBox gets a Gold Star!
My doctors have been engaged, experienced, knowledgeable and spent more time with me than many of the HMO GPs I’ve worked with in the past. I’m VERY pleased with my experience with RedBox so far, and will continue working with them!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience so…
I’ve had such a wonderful experience so far. Had a consultation to get a refill on citalopram and I was approved in under 5 mins - video consultation was extremely short.

60$ pissed into the wind
60$ pissed into the wind. Wish I had to do over again. I didn't realize that when they "ship" you the meds it would take over a week. At that point it's useless. I wouldn't recommend. And surely will never do it again.

Hello. It states clearly on the RedBox Rx website that our shipping time estimate is between 2-5 business days through the USPS. Our goal is to ship out your treatment within 24 hours of us receiving the prescription from the provider. However, there may be a delay in getting your prescription shipped out if there are issues with it that we have to discuss with the provider or if we have to contact you concerning problems with the shipping address. Delays in shipping may occur with the USPS due to weather, which RedBox Rx cannot help. We do offer expedited shipping options with FedEx throughout the majority of the United States (the exceptions are listed on the website along with the cutoff time for same day shipping). Prescriptions can also be sent to a local pharmacy as well, but you would have to pay the full amount for the provider fee. If you ever have questions on the shipping status of your prescription or how to get it faster, please give our patient care team a call at 844-733-2697.

This is the fourth Time I have used red…
This is the fourth Time I have used red box and love it. The are fast and efficient with the approval. The terms are printed very plainly so you know exactly how the charge is being calculated. No surprises, shipping is fast. Thanks RedBox!
