The process was not very difficult
The process was not very difficult. I got on line to order cream for exema I was approved without having to talk to anyone. Apparently the information I filled out was enough. My problem is it will be over a week for it to arrive. The on line “visit” cost a few bucks more than my copay to my dermatologist. I thought this would be quicker than getting an appointment with my dermatologist. I thought it would be shipped at least 2nd day. I could have gotten an appointment by the time I will receive this medication from Redbox. So I’m not so happy with the whole process

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Dianne. We are glad to hear the process was simple and went smoothly for you. We certainly understand how important timely service is to all of our patients, and unfortunately a very busy shipping holiday season was upon us at the time of your order, so some delays, while regrettable, can occur during that time. Shipping by USPS Ground Advantage is always included at no additional charge and is our default shipping method. We do offer several expedited shipping options through UPS in order to get your prescription to you much more quickly. Please see our Shipping Section on our website redboxrx.com for all of our shipping options. The fastest option to get your prescription is to have it sent to a local pharmacy of your choice. You can choose this option at the very beginning of the questionnaire you fill out at the start of a visit. Though we do charge the full visit fee when you choose not to use our pharmacy, this method should get you your prescription in the timeliest manner possible. If you ever have any questions or concerns regarding the shipping process, please do not ever hesitate to reach out to our Patient Care Advocates by phone at 844-733-2697 or by email at [email protected]. We are always happy to help!
