Service seems decent, it's over priced, the providers don't know much about shipping or anything, my provider was a woman and she was uncaring and should not be employed in a environment were empathy is expected.

this service has been a life saver. i can’t always get an office visit while i am having an eczema outbreak; redbox is always able to see me.

I was really hopeful but I’ve been left disappointed. On the day of my appt, I got an email 3 hours before my scheduled time saying I missed the appointment and would have to start a new visit if I wanted to be seen. I checked my account, thinking maybe somehow I put the wrong time down. But no, it was a system error on their part. So I had to deal with quite a bit of back and forth to get another appointment that day. The appointment itself went fine. The provider was kind and empathetic and said she would prescribe a medication. But now it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t had the prescription submitted. I was told a couple hours ago that they would escalate my concern and have the provider submit the prescription. I’m very overwhelmed as this is a time sensitive need. I wrongly assumed this would be a straightforward process. I’m so frustrated and wish I would be sucked it up and found an in person appt.

Redbox RX saved me money and time and I didn’t have to be seen. Prescription was shipped to me in 3 days for a Respiratory/Sinus infection. Will use them again.

The dr listened to me and asked the right questions. She made me feel comfortable.
