Claimed items had shipped, when they hadn’t. Then shipped 1 item of 4 and claimed all were in the shipment, they weren’t. I had PayPal stop all payment to them until they almost refunded me. Almost because they charged me $15.75 to send me 5 fishing hooks in an envelope. If you deal with them be prepared to be ripped off... they don’t have much, period. The worst company I’ve dealt with, ever.

Like so many others, I ordered what was an "in stock" item and given a tentative ship date, only to find out I was charged for that item which was NEVER in stock. Now their website shows out of stock-unavailable till further notice, click notify me. Upon communicating direct with the manufacturer, I was told by them they didn't expect stock until mid to late October. In this day of what I call the "Covid float" companies use this excuse for the shipping delays and hope that they or their suppliers receive stock in the delay period never having the item stock anyway. What happened to transparency? My fault for not checking reviews first and not finding out what their definition of "in stock" is.

BUYER BEWARE - I ordered a wow intertube from them which ripped the first time i used it (with kids on it). I keep asking them for a refund, but they won't give me one. The product was garbage CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Scammers Beware. They advertise a good price and item shows in stock. You then pay, wait 3-5 business days for shipment BUT then you get an email that item is backordered. Waited 6 weeks for order35278913 and when it was supposed to be shipped they will no longer answer the phone. Filed fraud alert with Paypal waiting for my money back. Stay away

Order 34959286 on 6/2/20. Never got my product, asked for a refund. They won’t respond or refund me. Horrible company!!!! Total scammers. I am still waiting on my refund and it’s now 7/26/20. Scammers-STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!

Worst experience ever in purchasing on the internet totally unethical company. If I could leave no stars I would. Accidentally purchase a incorrect pistol backpack. Immediately called an spoke with Sheila and was informed it would be credited back to my account. Sent emails and called twice each time told 24 to 48 hours - a week later and no credit so I charged it back through my credit card company. Every other company cancels the order/charge as it had not posted to my account yet two days later the $156 posted and all I received was a run around. Other ethical companies have the same products DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU MAYBE SORRY!!!

Ordered 2 surfboards and chatted with customer service to make sure one was in stock as it showed, on their site, there was only a couple left in stock. "Oh yes," we were told. Two weeks later we received an email stating one board was on backorder and would be delivered in six weeks. When we inquired about the second board we were told it would ship the next day(two weeks AFTER initial order.) Well the next day has come and gone, and gone, and gone, and gone, and gone, and gone, and gone, and we're still don't know why THE ONE BOARD THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAD(Well, really, they were both in-stock when we ordered them) STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. They are holding my order so they can ship both boards together and save on shipping. This company SUCKS! YOU SHOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
