Great website, products, and fast shipping!

Ordered two lithium batteries total with tax and shipping was $433.90. Batteries arrived each had a broken battery terminal. One battery repackaged and hardware loose in the bottom of the box. They paid and arranged for UPS to pickup the damaged batteries. I called and asked how long before I received a refund and they dtated it was already in processed. Several days later and 3 phone calls, I received an email stating that my refund of $196.00 was completed. I called and informed them that I was supposed to be refunded the complete amount of $433.90 They responded that I would eventual get the complete refund and that it would be 3-5 days to investigate. It is my opinion, due to my experience and other reviews on this site, that this company is shady and I strongly recommend others to beware

They claimed to have an item in stock. Within a few days, they sent me an email saying it wasn't available. I canceled the order and now a week has gone by and the charge is still on my account without a refund. The customer service agent was rude and explained that they can take longer to refund my money. This is fraud and their website description is deceiving by saying they have something in stock when they knew they didn't!

Bought camo pants, that described exactly what I wanted and had ordered before. This time, pants came with buttons, not zipper. I called and said nothing in description said buttons. Response was, should have watched the video because would have shown there. I said I ordered same pants before with zipper, I had just read description, why should I have to watch the video which was different than the description. They said, send back, but I pay restocking fee and shipping. I raised complaint, people on Their customer service call were rude, and they disregarded my opinions

Buyer Beware!! Strung me along on a product and kept saying backorder for 4 month on a product which I already paid. At 5 months they said product was no longer being made. I requested refund which took 2 - 3 weeks to post to my account. The same product was ordered direct from manufacturer and I received in 3 days.

Will never purchase from here again. Trying to return one simple item and it is an absolute nightmare!

I ordered 4 fishing reels on June 26 2020. its september 16. i've placed 12 calls and uncountable emails to their customer service and they continually say they delivered what i ordered already. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

FRAUD - DO NOT ORDER! Placed an order for an item they claim they can order. No updates. When updates requested, takes several days for an email stating back-ordered with date. Never received. Requested refund - nothing. FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER. DO NOT TRUST.
