My phone service was excellent - but talk is talk. I would say to make sure you will never ever want to return an item. There is fine print under the "EASY RETURNS" policy that says, "you must pay the initial shipping(the cost of getting the product to you) and a return fee on top of that! AND the product must be unused and returned with ALL original packaging. I read some of the fine print after my initial order and then tried to cancel shipping but item had already shipped. So, I just had to "pay the piper" and return the item. I mean why take a chance on not being satisfied if I can't return the item after used. After my experience I will not be using RecreationID again. Why would you when you can buy from REI, Amazon, Walmart, Cabela's, etc. etc. where the return policy is actually EASY (and free) Returns.

I would put no stars if possible. When I found the order would take weeks to arrive, I tried to cancel my order. They say it takes 3 to 5 days to cancel. This company appears to order the item from a supplier when the order is placed. You have to wait for the item to ship to them then them to you. Then they don't want to refund when you find out how long it takes to get the item. I wonder if they even have a warehouse or just sell 3rd party. Nothing but bad for me. Amazon can have the item at my door in 2 days ID can't even refund an item they don't have in 3 days. I recommend stay away!!! I couldn't immagine their return process. YUCK!

In fact, during the entire process, I had a better experience with TOOLSid than I did with Amazon. I got the absolute BEST price on my Majestic Jacket. Local stores wanted 8 to 10 times more money. ordered a Savior case on december 11, 2020, waiting, website says order processing. few days pass, i chat with customer service about order updates. they say, should be shipping out in a few days. i understand. its christmas time after all. finally, today, december 21, 2020, i chat with cust svc again. they say, sorry, the item is not in stock. im pissed off. when was someone going to let me know? anyhow, i requested a refund. now i have to wait 3-5 days to see if that happens. nonsense. never ordering from this company again..
