Hi there - we're glad you're enjoying the boat. We'll send a PM for the bar on your boat. It looks like the one you ordered doesn't normally come with a casting bar.

Bike is great It was 45 daze later than promised and the incentive package promised still hasn’t arrived. They’re quick to cash the check or charge the card for payment, then it slows to s crawl. Where’s my accessories?

I purchased this patio set from Lowe's and waited 3 weeks to get something more than "backordered" status from them. I cancelled the order and placed it with Recreation Outfitters for the same set. It was less expensive AND they actually had it in stock and delivered it within a week! So happy I made the change! As for the patio set, I love it but will definitely be buying additional pillows for the backs. Very comfortable with pillows!

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with I ordered a patio set in May and they sent me the wrong color cushions. I have been trying since then to get this corrected. Have called and emailed multiple times with no resolution to date (Nov3) every time I call I get a different story. Terrible!

Review is for the purchase process -- the customer support people were friendly and helpful. The systems and tools to notify customers of shipping and lead times, etc are not seamless and therefore required many customer service calls from my end to understand when my product would be shipped, had it been shipped, and tracking information. Despite the excellent customer service when you call, the website info post purchase is very confusing, and I didn't like having to make all the calls.

I ordered a Sea Eagle inflatable duo kayak back in the spring of 2021. Due to pandemic supply chain issues it was estimated by Recreation Outfitters to take until mid- August for delivery. I checked in Early August on the timing and they said they expected Sea Eagle to still deliver by mid August. By mid- September we still had no kayak. I had to check back with RO again on the kayak. They offered me a full refund ( which was reasonable) but I still really wanted the boat. No ETA or follow up provided at this point. It showed up about a week later. Overall great price and service but the lack of follow up on timing was a small negative, so a four instead of five.

Got my tires sooner rather than later. Downside, they're still sending emails that my order is on the way
