I spoke to Raj who was absolutely wonderful. He answered all my questions and helped me with a delivery date that coordinated with our schedule. The set arrived on time and in perfect condition. I followed the direction asking to cancel an order that I saw was not yet shipped. I reached out via chat as well. I was not given a clear answer via chat and never got any response via email. Now it appears that the item has shipped, and I will likely be out the shipping cost to return it.
