I'm very sorry the coins have not arrived. They were purchased 7/25 and mailed 7/26. Tracking shows they are in transit and will deliver on 8/3. It usually takes about a week to deliver unless you add priority mail shipping which was not selected on this order.

Your coin was mailed the same day of your order via Priority Mail as you specified. Its day 6 and Usps has marked it late so I refunded the upgraded shipping and have you set up to be emailed by USPS each time the package moves. I'm sorry the transit is taking longer than expected. The order was shipped the same day it was placed using the ship method requested.

I'm sorry the order could not be cancelled so was successfully delivered to the address provided on the order. We tried to cancel but it had already been in a shipping status, meaning the shipper could not cancel it or modify the shipment. The order successfully delivered to the specified address. The customer demanded a new shipment to a new address using a threat of a bad review or credit card chargeback. I rechecked that the order was successfully delivered and waiting at the address provided on the order. The address is a 15 minute drive from the new address he would like a new shipment to be sent to. Customer insisted on a free replacement shipment to a new address not originally provided on the order. Apparently the threat of a bad review has been realized. I'm sorry we could not cancel the shipment and resend to the new address, we act very quickly on orders which has a downside of making it hard to change shipping addresses once they are in a "shipping" status. We know its critical to get items out quickly to meet birthday deadlines so we do not delay the orders and assume that the addresses provided on the orders are the desired destinations. We have successfully delivered to the destination you provided so i'm very sorry that I cannot agree to send a free new shipment to a new address.
