I did NOT receive the coin. I ordered a few weeks before go her 40th sobriety celebration. I had to go to my local ‘club’ and get a bronze chip so I could give her something. I STILL haven’t received it! I’m terrifically, disappointed

I'm very sorry UPS seems to have lost it as tracking has not updated in 10 days and it is marked delayed. I've issued you a full refund and opened a claim with UPS.

I ordered 5 sobriety chips on March 1, 2025 and they still haven't arrived. The person who answers the emails stated they forgot to send them after more than a week. They then claim they were mailed priority mail, but still haven't been delivered. I ask for a refund and was basically told no and that they are coming! It has been over 3 weeks and still no package! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!.
