I have never complained about past orders. However, when ordering madallions I have not always gotten the same as what I've ordered. Either wrong year, or gotten a bronze coin as month for year I ordered.

The medallion holders don’t actually hold the medallion in place and the medallions slip down immediately…. Not really at all what was advertised. They look nice but are absolutely useless as a medallion holder. (I am not submitting a copy of my photo ID to you to prove I’m a person.) Medallions are wonderful though! Perfect.

I'm sorry our inventory is stored in warehouses all over the USA so sometimes we have to send multiple parcels to fill your order in the quickest method.
