I ordered a replacement AirPod Pro case and a replacement AirPod Pro. They came within a couple of days, and they paired easily and work perfectly!

Everything about the experience with customer care and the product was awesome. Best gamble ever to take and paid off really good. I like the way the follow up to check on your experience with the product

I love my Beats Fit Pro. I dropped my right ear bud in the pool!! & ...it went kapoohey! Lol. I'm running a 5K a day in 2025 and these buds have been with me every step of the way! Until two weeks ago! " splash!" So, I went online and foundRe-Cell Exchange - I was happy that you could actually order just a right earbud online? ... I had never done this before. I was just gonna buy another set. But, I decided to give it a try! I just got my earbud charged it, put it in my ear... and the magic is back! It works great. Went for my run. Worked fabulous. Thank you so much for giving me back my Bluetooth earbuds and it was worth every penny! and I also got the little cleaner for my earbuds for a couple dollars and that was totally worth it ! So big kudos to RE-CELL Exchange! Highly recommend and instead of spending another $225 for a new pair of beats fit pro... I spent $60 -ish and I'm back running on the road! Whoo Hoo! Thank you, Dave Allgood Colorado

I just had ordered a left and right airpod replacement and I had my previous address in as the shipping address. I was freaking out but just thought to email Recell Exchange Support and they got back to me in less than 5 minutes changing my shipping address to my current one. They were so helpful and took no time at all to fix my issues. Also you can pay in installments which is a lifesaver!! Thank you Recell Exchange Support!!!
