I have purchased replacement earbuds twice over the years and both times they have shipped the replacements very quickly and even arrived before the date. It is also very cheap and paired very easily with no issues at all. Would reccomend.

I recommend this product. This product was shipped yo me promptly. I used these air pods and the music was clear and without muffle. I am enjoying this product.

I really like Recell. I accidentally ordered wrong earbud but they replaced with store credit after returning my earbud. Now I got a new ordered placed for my Power Beats Pro right ear.

The delivery time was pretty quick, the actual replacement pod came clean and was easy to pair. Sounds good and I am very satisfied with the price.

Original review: I bought the left AirPod Pro after mine crapped out (rattled, noise cancelling created more rattling and high pitched squeak when put in my ear). Ultimately purchased from Re-cell Exchange even though cheaper on Amazon because of the one year warranty. Received AirPod, followed the instructions for pairing exactly and it worked perfectly and seamlessly. Such a relief to have the rattle in my left ear gone. Thank you. Update: rattle in left ear came back within 1 year with the new AirPod. Filed a warranty claim and it was denied as this does not fall under their warranty policy. The warranty was not sent to me along with the purchase so disappointed to find out after the fact. Would not have purchased from them if this was clear from the beginning. Customer service offered 50% discount on 2nd replacement so giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I would 100% use this service again, as well as suggest it to friends and family i was able to replace earbuds for 2 different sets,that would have normally cost be a couple hundred to replace ...and then to top it off, besides the amazing deal I got originally when I recived my package one of the earbuds wasn't working quite right ..not only was the return simple and fast but they refunded my account for the price of the problem earbud and STILL sent a replacement 🫨🫨🫨🫨🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 so happy ...turned out to be a great bday present too ...much appreciated guys you aced it in the customer service category 👍
