Complete rip off
Complete rip off. I only used them because of the initial offer. But they changed offer price by over 50%. I asked for my phone back and sold them to a competitor for 30% more. Bait and switch scam .. stay away.

Thank you for the feedback. We never want to lower anyone's payment from the original quote, but it is necessary when the device is not received in the quoted condition. As stated on our website, the minimum battery health for devices is 85% and yours was 73%; Experts recommend a battery replacement at 80%-85%. Because your battery needed to be replaced it was necessary to drop the price in order to cover the repair. You decline the revised offer and your device was shipped back to you promptly at our cost. Great experience and great Customer service!
This is a very great business to sell your phones at a very competitive price. Customer service is very fast and prompt. My check was a little delayed due to USPS delays, and I contacted customer service and they emailed me my check.
