recell.ioReviews of recell.io

WARNING: Trustpilot WRONGFULLY removed my original review of this company. I did NOT violate ANY terms or conditions regarding my FIRSTHAND authentic (not good) experience with this company. That said, when I contacted the company after the problem with the check they sent me, the company finally rectified the problem (after 3 months of back and forth) and sent me a new check. So I would say that things were ultimately resolved satisfactorily. Hence I'm now giving them 3 stars instead of the original 1 star review.

They say they will pay within 2 days. They had my phone for 5 business days before responding and that was because I emailed them. They claimed my phone nicks and scratches. No way! My phone was in an Otterbox protective casing from the day I bought it. They received the phone a week ago and now they say it's only worth half their quote. I still haven't been paid. Lame Update: I wrote the original post 3 days ago. The company followed up requesting my order number, which I supplied the next morning. Still have NOT been paid 3 days later. Final Update: recell.io did finally pay me and we solved the differences. They were good with responding to my inquiries.
