Professional and courteous
Professional and courteous. I had several questions about the process and the answered them all in a way I could undersand. My device was received and I got several emails letting me know where it was at I'm the inspection process. The next day I received my payment via PayPal with a thank you emial. A+ effort here

Do not use. Bait and Switch. Give high offer then reduce it.
Upon getting the highest quote for my smartphone, which was in very good condition, I sent my phone to Recell.io. A week later, I get an email saying that "Unfortunately there is heavy lcd burn in on a white screen" which is not true. Maybe they inspect the phone down to that degree, but the screen was in perfect condition with the naked eye. With this email, they reduced their offer from $62 to $30. I should have gone with Gazelle or other reputable company.

Thank you for the feedback. We never want to lower anyone's payment from the original quote, but it is necessary when the device is not received in the quoted condition. As stated in our website, the condition you chose (mint) can have no burn in on the screen. When the device has more than a little burn in, there are very few buyers who will want to purchase the device. This is the reason for the $30 drop and it is very likely gazelle (who you mentioned) or any of our competitors would lower the amount as much or more for this device. It was a great process and super quick
It was a great process and super quick. I gave them a 4 because I asked for a check and they said they were sending a check, then they paid me via PayPal so I had to pay the PayPal fee. I'm not sure if it was due to COVID or not but it wasn't what I was expecting.
