I was forced to change my password and it was supposed to send me a code which I never received. I have sent 2 separate emails and still have not heard back. Super frustrated

Fast customer service from Justin. I tried to use the app this morning, but it said I needed to update my password. I couldn't get a reset email, so I reached out through the website. He got back to me quickly and I was able to get it reset.

Had a really awesome experience with Julian. I was able to be assisted with getting back into my account and updating my information. Everything was also done so timely and it was overall a great experience. It's not common to get quick service or even service at all these days with people not wanting to work or being lazy but Julian was eager and happy to help! Oh, and I received extra coins for the inconvenience, which was very sweet!
