Sent 2 separate emails this weekend waiting to hear back. I cashed in points and the email with the link to go claim them does not work. Need this resolved quickly - these are Christmas stocking stuffers.

This app is no good. It says you have to take a survey in order to cash out , then won't load the survey. It says to uninstall then reinstall the app, which does not help. Do not bother with this app.

I have had more issues with receipt hog They seem to take forever to get back with me. It takes weeks at a time. I’ve had logging in issues. So I get in touch with them and a few weeks later they tell me to give them my last three receipts and my email address and then when I do they email me back asking me for the last three receipts where they were and I do and then they emailed me back and they asked me to do the same thing again and again and again it is taking me two months to get my account fixed. And then it’s good for three or four months and then it does it to me again. I can’t even get my points turned into rewards. Nobody will get back in touch with me

The app use to be good. Customer service is slacking and you do not get your reward within 7 days anymore. You shouldn't have to contact customer service asking where your reward is. They don't respond anyways.

Scammers and thieves. They have my accounts linked. That allows them to get my receipts. Nevertheless, they take away you points alleging your account is inactive. How they dare to state your account is inactive while getting my receipts from linked accounts? Just another unscrupulous business.

I used to love this app but now I absolutely hate it! If I don’t get my $25 Visa Credit I’m deleting my account and uninstalling it and saying adios to their terrible service I’m getting. I waited since this past August 26 th to receive $25 Visa credit and I’m being given the run around. Of course I cussed them out because today is September 5th Eastern Standard Time 8:05pm and I still don’t have my $25 Visa credit. They then have the nerve to close my complaint case. I don’t get it. It’s like they’ve given up and stopped caring about their jobs and the people who sign up for their service or they’re picking favorites based on emails and names of customers and their gender smh 🤦‍♀️ I get better service at McDonalds

Since mandated Google 2 step authentication in May 2022, I can no longer have my e-receipts scanned by Receipt Hog. I don't have this issue with any other apps, most of them require 2 step authentication. I've contacted tech support via the app several times and the only 2 solutions so far is for me to try the same things I've advised I've already tried dozens of times or to wait until the issue is fixed. (Message received with each attempted log in) "It appears your authentication credentials are invalid. Please try again later."

Been trying to cash out for a month the first cash out went fine recieved my Verification code verified my device everything was smooth now when I try to cash out for the second time I never receive verification code and the request call option never works so I decided that even though I cashed out the first time with the number on my account to try and change the phone number maybe it was something to do with the the number on my end but that was a headache also sent all the info got a email requesting the info again so I sent it again and this went on for about 7 times back and forth before they finally changed it I just recently sent another request to try and change the number again to another one so maybe I can finally cash out but this time they have not even responded they didn't even respond when I wrote to complain about the request call option not working but even though I'm pretty sure something is wrong on there end considering I have tried a couple numbers and still don't receive any codes but customer support hardly ever responds and when they do they are not help I just want the money I already put my time into earning
