Didn't get the wine stopper I ordered
Didn't get the wine stopper I ordered. Ordered one with blue colors, got Od Green and brown. The stopper didn't have the "storyboard" about it's origin....which is disappointing, since this is a gift for a niece who moved from her childhood home in Detroit to California. The point of the gift is kind of lost. I've made other purchases and have been very happy. This was an unfortunate disappointment. After learning of my disappointment, RebelNell offered a partial refund and expressed their apology for not getting it right. I truly appreciate Rebel Nell's prompt reply to me. I am grateful for the offer of a partial refund, but it's not necessary. They are doing so much for the city I love. I will be getting one of the "story" cards that explains the piece and it's Detroit origin from them. That makes it all right in my book!

Respect and disappointment
I really love this company and it’s mission. When I ordered my ring, I chose it because it was supposed to have orange in it; I even wrote in the special instructions section that I wanted as much orange as possible. I never received a reply to that, and when I got my ring- NO orange. I kept it because I really admire the company’s mission and the workforce training and jobs they provide, but being frank, I was disappointed.

Working with a unique material like graffiti results in some pretty one of a kind items, but it can be difficult to maintain color consistency throughout different pieces. We try our best to accurately portray the pieces online and to emphasize potential color variation, but understand that it's important that everyone receives a piece they love. Rebel Nell shines!
The Rebel Nell necklace and bracelet I ordered arrived within 2 days! I was super excited to have a part of the stadiums I have spent many happy times. I love cheering on my favorite Detroit teams! The quality is superior to comparably priced jewelry found at stores. Even though I love the jewelry, story behind Revel Nelly was what really drive me to buy their products.
